Bible Tutor for St. Luke’s
Faith Formation is pleased to announce a new online learning tool for our congregation.  Bible Tutor is an award-winning interactive study tool that takes you on an engaging, comprehensive journey through the Bible.  This online software allows you to jump directly to the information you seek and to move at your own pace.  It also links you directly to various versions of the Bible on the Internet.  You can even test your knowledge as you go with Bible Tutor’s self-test.Bible Tutor offers you:

  • Seven categories for easy navigation:  Bible Overview, Books, People, Dates, Places, General Knowledge and Self-Tests.
  • Illustrations and maps to guide you through historical places.
  • Photographs of modern day sites.
  • Biblical references to direct you toward additional studies.
  • Interactive self-tests that help you judge your proficiency.
  • Browser-based programming for easy use.
  • Hyperlinks that connect you with online resources.

 

This blending of ancient text and modern technology is designed to expand your knowledge of the Bible.  Bible Tutor allows you to follow a planned course of study or tailor your studies to meet your needs–all at your own pace.

 

Bible Tutor can be used by children, as well as adults.  In fact the confirmation class will be using this tool.  Sunday School teachers, parents, and small group leaders please check it out.
