We are a small group interested in making some positive lifestyle changes concerning nutrition, exercise and coping with stress.  Come join us and get support and be supportive.  We meet every Tuesday from 11am to noon. Bring a sack lunch and receive support for improving your lifestyle.  If you are interested, contact Karen Richards at (425) 828-9493 or Roselyn Olson at (425) 822-7907.

Grief Support Group

St. Luke’s has a grief (bereavement) support ministry on the third Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m.  A bereavement support group is a gathering of people who have experienced the death of a loved one or any other significant loss (i.e., job, pet, health, etc.).  This relaxed setting can help you feel less isolated and different from others because it provides an opportunity to talk with those who share a similar loss.  Group members often describe this as a “safe place” to talk, understanding that they can retell the story as often as they need and it will remain confidential within the group.  Sharing feelings of pain and loss is part of the healing process.  To find out more about the St. Luke’s Grief Support Ministry contact Roselyn Olson at (425) 822-7907 or Bob Smith at (425) 415-6190.

Job Support Program
Meetings are held on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Westminster Chapel, 13646 NE 24th Street in Bellevue.  Additional information is available at the Job Support telephone number (425) 562-8028.  This ongoing job search ministry is available to anyone in our congregation or anyone you may know who is searching for employment.
